Colorado native, Rob Wilson and Mary, his wife, create one-of-a-kind art work from gourds grown right in their own backyard. The couple works together to capture the essence of the Southwest -- broad mesas, colorful canyons, the dwelling places of the ancient Ones -- Mesa Verde, Canyon de Chelly, Nine Mile Canyon, Chaco Canyon. The use of Archaic, Fremont, Anasazi and other images enhance the natural beauty and colors of gourds and are representative of petroglyphs, pictographs and pottery patterns found throughout the Four Corners States. Each unique gourd is signed and numbered.

The Wilsons are members of the American Gourd Society, Cortez Farmers' Market and the Mancos Chamber of Commerce.
